1. Client has to pay 2 days extra for empty back car if the trip finish in Ketapang

2. Client has to pay 1 and half  days extra for empty back car if the trip finish in Surabaya or Malang

3. Client has to pay 1 day extra for empty back car if the trip finish in Yogyakarta or Pangandaran

4. Client has to pay the down payment 30% in advance ( no down payment no service)

5. Client could not change the agreement during the trip ( during the transport service is being given)     or by the end of the trip

6. Client could change the agreement minimal 1 week before the trip begin

7. The down payment could not be taken back when client makes cancellation

My wife and I booked a 14 tour of Java with Jay Djaelani,which we would recommend to all our friends. We exchanges e-mails with Jay and set up our trip him. Price was right and agenda as flexible as we wanted it to be. Paid half of tour price upon arrival and chose to pick hotels and tours ourselves, often with Jay’s recommendations.

The only worry we ever had, was would he be at airport when we arrived in Jakarta? Well we could not miss him on arrival as he was flashing our name.

Honestly, I think Jay knows Java like the back of  his hand. He is an excellent driver and took us to places we would never have seen without him. Incredible knowledge of Java and Indonesia in general.I kept telling him that he  is too polite and always willing to please.

So if a tour by car and driver and a  walking Java Island encyclopedia is what you have in mind, you will definitely be enchanted.
